1. Firearm Compliance

We strictly comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms. It is your responsibility to ensure that any firearm you send to us for Cerakote or other work is legal to own, possess, and ship under the laws in your jurisdiction.

By sending us a firearm or firearm parts:

• You confirm that you are the legal owner of the item.
• You agree to follow all ATF and shipping regulations.
• You accept that any firearm must be shipped to and from the address listed on your ID or provided FFL.
• You acknowledge that modifications to firearms may affect warranties and should only be performed by qualified individuals.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any firearm or component that appears unsafe, illegal, or outside the scope of our offerings.

2. Woodworking Product Use & Safety

We produce handcrafted cutting boards, coasters, serving boards, and grips using natural and exotic woods. These items are made by hand and may feature natural variations in color, texture, and grain.

For cutting boards and similar items:

• Boards intended for food use are treated with food-safe finishes. However, it is your responsibility to clean and maintain them properly.
• Do not submerge wood items in water or run them through dishwashers.
• Use mineral oil or other appropriate board conditioners regularly.

For decorative grips:

• All grips are handmade and may require minor fitting, especially on 1911 platforms.
• We do not offer engraving or checkering at this time.
• Animal hide grips (leather, etc.) require regular leather care and conditioning.

3. Products and Services

We offer custom Cerakote services, handcrafted woodworking (including cutting boards, coasters, and serving boards), and 1911 grips. Some items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Final products may vary slightly due to the handmade nature and natural variations in materials.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before any custom work begins. For special projects, deposits may be required. We accept payments through approved methods listed at checkout.

5. Shipping and Turnaround Time

We aim to fulfill orders within the timeframe stated on the product or service page. However, turnaround times may vary depending on project complexity and current order volume. Shipping details, including carriers and estimated delivery times, will be provided upon order confirmation.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, photos, text, and designs—is the property of C3 Customs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse or improper handling of our products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any firearms or components sent to us for customization comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
